Customer Service Representative

CSR duties include:
Provides assistance to the center manager in the daily operations and profitability of the center. The primary responsibilities are to assist the manager in areas of growth, administrative functions and client service. The position requires a high level of trust and integrity. Committed to providing outstanding client service with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic computer skills needed. Must have excellent oral, written and listening skills to effectively communicate with clients and co-workers.

Center Manager

Center Manager duties include:
Responsible for the daily operations and profitability of the center. This person is a self-starter, dependable, self-motivating, with great people and leadership skills. Center managers are responsible for the development and training of the staff, the growth of the center to meet expected budgets, asset accountability, profitability, debt control, client services, and is a team builder. This is a position of trust and integrity. Previous management experience with two or more direct reports required. Proficient computer skills, excellent communication, organization and time management skills required.

District Manager

Center Manager duties include:
Responsibilities include multi-unit supervision, finding new center locations, negotiating leases, ensuring that the district and centers operate within the boundaries of company policies and procedures in accordance with an agreed upon budget. Hiring, training, mentoring, and managing center personnel, supervising all center operations, analyzing financial performance and budgeting for future are also part of the responsibilities of the District Manager.  This person is a self-starter, dependable and self-motivating individual with the highest level of integrity.  Proficient computer skills, excellent communication, organization and time management skills required. Multi-unit experience with P & L analysis required.
